    Remote Support

    With todays living, and worries of having to go out, but still need support.

    Remote support has becoming increasingly needed.  Whether it be a person at home, or at work, we are able to assist you.

    With just a few clicks. We are able to give you the remote support you need.

    You will first have to buy Time Slots, click here to start the purchase. Time Slots


    Once you have completed the purchase, we will send you an email with you Customer Number. Please keep this close by as you will need it.

    By clicking on the Get Support button below, a small file will be downloaded. You will have to run the file. Read through the Terms of Service and click Accept.


    Fill in the details as requested from the next screen, the Customer # will be needed, this is what we had sent you via email. And the click Send Request.

    We then get notified that you are looking for remote support. And your screen will look something like this.

    Our technician will then be able to assist you remotely.

    However, there are a few Terms and Conditions:

    1. We bill in 1 Time Slot increments.
    2. 1 Time Slot = 15 Minutes.
    3. Each Time Slot is valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
    4. Our pricing is inclusive of VAT,
    5. If our technician is not able to solve the problem remotely within 30 minutes, you will be charged for the time, but then we are able to assist you with coming out to you, this will then be charged extra at our normal Labour Rate for the time our technician is there. If you are within a 15km radius from our office, we will waiver the Callout fee, however should this be further, we will only charge a percentage of our Callout Fee.     6. Once you have requested remote support, then you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.
    7. Please note that you will be held liable for our time spent.
    8. Beforehand, please insure that you have backups of your data, as we will not be held liable for any loss of data.
    9. Please note. We have the right to not give support for any of the reasons (but is not limited to):
      • Obscene or Pornographic material on your PC
      • The presence of unlicensed or illegal software that we deem unlawful
